Further to my article on the Red Binder, I have now developed a printable To Do List that works well for me, and I hope for you, at the front of my Red Binder. When printed out on an 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper there will be two copies. Simply cut down the middle and punch with your 7 hole punch.

I attach it here for your use. To Do List

I just stumbled on this great DIY resource for people who want to print out their own pages for their planners (i.e. the red binder). Check out http://www.diyplanner.com/templates/official/classic and let me know what you think! For those of you with planners that have more than 3 holes, there are 7 hole punches available!

I have recently been asked to help an organization set up a system that will use something similar to my red binder. Part of the solution is to create custom forms that can be used in the binder and be printed off as needed. The dilemma for me was that needed to find a 7-hole punch that could handle my paper size (5.5 x 8.5).

I’m pleased to report that www.daytimer.ca and www.daytimer.com carry the 7-hole punch and some fantastic accessories for this type of personal/professional organizer. I am now anxiously awaiting my order!
